g. Cookies

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our website, while others are used to enable a faster login process or to allow us to track your activities on our website.

h. Disable cookies.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. However, if you prefer, you can change your browser options to block them in the future. Visitors to our website who disable cookies will be able to browse certain areas of the website, but some features may not work. The Help section of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your computer from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.

i. Clear GIFs, Web Beacons and Other Technologies.

Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. Unlike cookies, which are stored on your computer's hard drive, clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use clear GIFs (web bugs, web beacons, or pixel tags) in connection with our Web site to, among other things, track the activities of visitors and users of our Web site, help us manage content, and collect statistics about Web site usage. We and our third party service providers also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to our customers to help us track email response rates, identify when our emails are being viewed and track whether our emails are being forwarded. We also use third-party SDKs to, among other things, track our conversions, associate how you use our website with your account and when you are not logged into the account, and provide you with advertising on and off our website.

j. Multi-Device Use.

We may use the information we collect about you (whether directly from you on our site, or from in-store shopping activities, via your device(s), or from a third party) to help us and our third party service providers identify other devices you use. For example, a tablet, cell phone, other computer, etc. We, and our third party service providers, may also use cross-device tracking and other information we learn about you to serve targeted ads to your devices, to send you push notifications, and to send you emails. To opt out of cross-device advertising, you can follow the instructions in the Third Party Ad Network section below. If you use multiple devices or browsers, your opt-out will be specific to the web browser or mobile device from which you accessed the opt-out.

k. Third Party Analytics.

We use Google Analytics to evaluate the use of our site and, to the extent permitted. We may also use other analytics such as apps and programs to evaluate our services. We use these tools to help us improve our performance, services and user experiences. These objects may use cookies and other tracking technologies to provide their services.

l. Do Not Track.

Mouvement Physio has processes in place to recognize "do not track" signals from the web browser. To learn how to use your web browser's do not track feature, use the help portion of the toolbar. Note that we do not guarantee that our processes will catch all do-not-track signals. You can disable some tracking, as described in this section. For example, by turning off cookies. You can also disable targeted advertising.

m. Advertising networks / social networks

We use third parties such as Instagram, Facebook, networks, other media advertisers and social media to create ads on third-party websites such as social networking platforms. We do this in order to better target our ads. In order to provide you with personalized content, we may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons, clear GIFs, Flash LSOs and other tracking technologies to track the effectiveness of our ads and to personalize ad content for you. You can opt out of ad networks if you wish.

n. Customer Matching

We use third parties to operate targeted advertisements to reach people who have visited our Services or who are recognized in one or more of our databases ("Matching Ads"). This is done by uploading a customer list to the third party. For example, via Google Customer Match, Facebook Custom Audiences, embedding a third party pixel in our Services and the third party matching common factors between our data and their data. We may also work with partners to serve matching ads based on data about you and others in those partners' own databases or match the partner's data with our own consumer lists. If you wish to opt out of using your data for matching ads, contact us and indicate that you wish to opt out of matching ads, you may do so by sending us an email at info@mouvementphysio.com. We will ask the relevant third party not to target the relevant advertisements to you with our information about you. You may also contact the appropriate third party to opt out. We are not responsible for any third party's failure to comply with our or your unsubscribe instructions.

o. Third Party Links

You may find links to third-party websites on our website. Use of and access to linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but rather by the privacy policies of those third-party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of these third party websites.
